Key facets of the role include
Communicating with customers about repairs required on their vehicle
Liaising with the mechanics about further required repairsSelling that additional work to the customer
Taking payments and managing the diary
Personal Attributes
Mechanical experience is an advantage but not necessary
Sales experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Customer-friendly focus
Strong organisational skills
Current Drivers License
