What We're Looking For
Ideally, you will have 8-12+ years of structural consulting experience, including a strong background in multi‐storey building design.
You will bring sound technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, post‐tensioned structures and steel design, together with experience using ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass or similar engineering software.
Equally important are your leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, communication skills and ability to establish lasting relationships with clients.
CPEng would be highly regarded.
We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys remaining technically hands‐on but is equally motivated by developing people, managing significant projects and contributing to the future direction of the business.
A Principal title is one thing. Having the projects, clients, leadership experience and professional reputation to justify it is another.
