Your current role As a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist at PeopleSense by Altius, you'll deliver a diverse range of clinical and organisational psychology services, supporting individuals and organisations across a variety of settings.
Your work may include: EAP Counselling – providing psychological support to adults, children, adolescents and couples.
Onsite Services and Critical Incident Responses – supporting people in their workplaces during challenging times and following critical incidents, with opportunities to travel and earn bonuses.
Private Practice / Medicare Rebated Counselling – delivering therapeutic services to private clients.
Compensation Scheme Work – supporting people experiencing pain-related issues, injury adjustment and trauma associated with acquired injuries.
Multidisciplinary Interventions – collaborating with other health professionals to achieve positive client outcomes.
Psychological Assessments – conducting assessments to support individual and organisational needs.
Bespoke Projects – delivering targeted psychological services and initiatives to address specific customer and client challenges.
Flexible Service Delivery – working with a combination of in-person and online clients, across both short-term and longer-term engagements.




You'll have the opportunity to enjoy a varied caseload or develop a particular area of clinical interest, depending on your experience and career aspirations.
About you AHPRA registration as a General or Provisional Psychologist.
A genuine passion for helping others and delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services.
Full Australian working rights.
Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
