About the Role This is a part-time leadership opportunity.
In this role, you will lead by example on the shop floor, actively engaging with customers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for overseeing stock management and inventory control, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team on the shop floor Oversee merchandising, catalogue execution, and presentation standards Maintain retail compliance and ensure the team is informed on current products and promotions.

You will bring: Previous retail leadership or management experience in community pharmacy Strong customer service skills and a commitment to positive customer experiences Experience with performance management and team development Sound inventory, stock control, merchandising, and store presentation experience An understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance, and profitability.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
