Japanese-Speaking Factory Operations Supervisor Full-time Permanent Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Japanese-speaking Factory Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and act as a key liaison between local and overseas stakeholders.
This role offers a broad mix of operations leadership, procurement, supplier management, and team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day factory operations and drive process improvements Ensure production targets, budgets, and delivery schedules are achieved Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for greater efficiency Oversee procurement activities and supplier relationships Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and purchasing processes Work closely with overseas stakeholders and provide regular business reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and local regulations Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams Foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture About You To be successful, you will have: Experience managing manufacturing, operations,
