Internal Audit Senior Manager | Melbourne CBD - 2 days in office | $180,*******,000 base + Super + 8% Bonus We are partnering exclusively with a well-established organisation to recruit an Internal Audit Senior Manager into its established team.
Reporting to Head of Internal Audit, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of audit planning and delivery across a broad range of business functions outside of Corporate e.g. Operations and H external audit experience alone will not be suitable.
Experience in a complex, operationally focused organisation is highly desirable.
Exposure to operational audits beyond corporate functions is essential.
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop people while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management skills,



with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior leaders.
A proactive, collaborative and courageous approach, with a robust focus on accountability, impact and continuous improvement.
