Job Description The Prospect It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their home and enhance their wellbeing.
We currently have multiple opportunities for carers with a keen interest in Aged Care to join the Silverchain team in the Brisbane North (Albany Creek, Chermside, Zillmere etc...), South (Acacia Ridge, Forest Lake, Sunnybank etc...)
