The Role As a Housekeeping Team Member (Cleaning) ,



you'll play an important role in creating a clean and welcoming, home-like environment for our residents.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll implement the Facility Cleaning Program in accordance with WHSEQ legislative and regulatory requirements and maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the Facility by performing tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, sanitizing surfaces and restrooms, restocking supplies, operating cleaning machinery and adhering to work health safety, quality and environmental guidelines.
Responsibilities: Implement the Facility Cleaning Program Be adaptive and responsive to daily cleaning needs of residents and staff and incorporate into daily cleaning routine/program Ensure the cleanliness of the Facility is maintained at a high level Key Result areas: Incident / accident-free work environment Clean and safe work environment Resident satisfaction in relation to cleanliness Staff satisfaction in relation to cleanliness What We're Looking For Demonstrated understanding of infection control principles and Work Health
