Job Description Coordinating personnel mobilisation across multiple project sites Maintaining training matrices and workforce compliance records Managing compliance documentation through Myosh and client portals Booking training, inductions, flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements Coordinating PPE requirements and mobilisation readiness Managing project rosters and workforce scheduling Supporting subcontractor onboarding and project administration activities Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes,



and coordinating equipment requirements Providing general administrative support to the operations team The Successful Applicant A successful 'Project Admin' should have: Previous experience within mobilisation, project administration, workforce planning or a similar support role Strong understanding of FIFO environments, compliance requirements and workforce logistics Exceptional organisational and time management skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Confidence using multiple systems and managing large volumes of information Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
