Job Description We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders across a high-volume operational environment, providing expert advice on employee and industrial relations, workforce matters and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert ER/IR advice to leaders across a large workforce.
Partner with managers on performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance matters.




Lead and support workplace investigations and case management.
Coach leaders on people processes, policies and best practice.
Drive employee lifecycle activities, including workforce planning, engagement and retention.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across operational teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience supporting large workforces (500+ employees) Strong ER/IR capability, including performance, discipline and workplace investigations Ability to influence and coach leaders in operational environments Degree-qualified HR professional Mining, industrial or complex multi-site experience highly regarded
