With this prospect as the Technical Services Manager, you will manage and lead an established team of technician's working in both the CSE workshop and clients onsite.
You will be hands on in creating and establishing work patterns and best practice service methods focusing on client satisfaction and customer service, while ensuring that your team is working efficiently, effectively and developing their skills as we evolve as a business.
You will have strong business acumen and give direction to how the Service Team operates, covering financial elements, HSEQ, SLA's
