A Queensland head contractor with a strong and growing pipeline of road, rail, bridge and civil infrastructure work across South East Queensland is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a major transport project on the Sunshine Coast .
You'll lead delivery of a new multi-level car park in a live operating environment, keeping access secure for users, adjacent operations and construction traffic.

Key Responsibilities Lead engineering delivery of the car park structure, from demolition and earthworks through to structures, services and finishes Plan staging that keeps pedestrian, vehicle, emergency and operational access safe throughout construction Run design reviews, constructability workshops,



temporary works coordination and RFI close-out Manage package budgets, forecasts, procurement, subcontractor performance and program recovery Coordinate testing, finishing works, operational readiness and handover Essential Engineering qualification in civil, structural or construction, or equivalent experience Senior project engineering experience delivering concrete structures , ideally multi-level car parks or similar building structures Strong FRP background (formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours), including managing FRP subcontractors or self-perform crews Tier 1 or strong tier 2 contractor background Current construction induction card and valid driver's licence Ability to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competencies Desirable Post-tensioned or precast concrete experience Experience working next to live rail or operational public assets On Offer Relocation packages Long-term career pathway across a multi-year project pipeline The Sunshine Coast lifestyle Australian experience is required.
