The Role
Reporting To The Senior Mine Geologist - Underground,



You Will Provide The Production Geology Support That Keeps Our Underground Operation Safe, Efficient And On Track To The Mine Plan, Including
Mapping and sampling development headings and keeping reference plans up to date
Daily production tracking, stockpile and heading management, and reconciliation of mined material
Planning and managing underground diamond and sludge drilling, logging core and chips, and guiding technicians through sampling and dispatch
Working with the mining team to maximise ore recovery and minimise dilution, and mentoring graduate geologists and technicians
About You
We're Looking For Someone Who Brings
A Bachelor of Science in Geology or Geosciences
Mine geology experience, ideally within an underground gold operation
Confident use of Surpac, Micromine and Leapfrog, and experience designing grade control drilling programs
Sound knowledge of Archean greenstone gold systems and mining production reporting
A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
