Tamworth Community Aged Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our team with senior RN and clinical leadership experience, driving clinical excellence for residents in our Not-for-Profit setting.
You will work closely with the Residential Manager and Deputy Residential Manager, mentoring clinical staff, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and funding requirements, and contributing to a compassionate, team-oriented workplace.
