The Dojo Ramen Bar in Northcote is seeking a Line Cook who thrives in a busy kitchen. You'll work across fryer, share plates and ramen line, backing up our chefs to keep dishes moving rapid, hot and consistent.
Ideal candidates have some commercial kitchen experience, stay organized during rushes, and are happy to move between stations. Reliability and full working rights in Australia are a must; Japanese or Asian kitchen experience is a bonus.
