The Role:
Manage a residential property portfolio
Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance




Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
Resolve property-related issues with a solutions-focused approach
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records
Provide proactive advice to landlords on their investments
About You:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
A sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation
A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
A current driver's licence
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
