RMC Solar & Electrical is seeking a talented and dedicated Electrician to join our dynamic team based in Landsborough with work primarily from Noosa to Caloundra shire and surrounding areas. We are a forward-thinking family electrical business established on the Sunshine Coast in ****, focused on delivering quality service in residential and commercial settings.
Key responsibilities
Work autonomously on electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial settings
Install Solar and Batteries
Perform switchboard upgrades
Ensure safety compliance including RCD, emergency exit and test and tag procedures
Communicate with clients to discuss their electrical needs and provide solutions
Keep records of work performed, time sheets and materials used in job planning software
Troubleshoot by identifying problems and coming up with solutions to resolve
Work on and in roof spaces
About you
2 or more years post-apprenticeship experience preferred but not essential
Solar and Battery Accreditation highly regarded not essential, we will train the right candidate
Experience in various electrical fields, primarily residential with some commercial
Be able to obtain a blue card (working with children)
Working at Heights certification preferred but not essential




Fit and healthy as it is a very physically demanding role at times

Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships
Able to troubleshoot calmly under pressure and maintain a friendly demeanor
Willingness to share knowledge and mentor apprentices in the future
