Your role will include the below:
Working within a high-performing finance team
Complex Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Debtor Management
Bank Reconciliations
AMEX data entry and reconciliation
Manage, respond and organize the Accounts email address
Handling of incoming calls
General administration support to the Finance Manager and wider team
About you:
Current solid experience in a similar role
Experience in the Construction Industry (dealing with contracts & retention) will be highly regarded
High attention to detail with emphasis on compliance
Able to work under pressure
Solid time management
Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal departments and external clients and suppliers
A great sense of humor to go along with all the office banter
