About the Role
As a Casual Optical Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best.




You'll be the friendly face welcoming patients into the practice, assisting with eyewear selections, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping create a warm and welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings:
A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
Previous retail, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service experience
The ability to quickly learn new skills and develop product knowledge
Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly manner
A positive attitude with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
