Sales Consultant
to join our Sunshine Coast showroom in Buderim.

About the Role
This is a hands-on sales position where you'll manage customer enquiries from the initial conversation through to closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering an exceptional customer experience in our showroom.
Understanding customer needs and confidently presenting suitable products.
Actively following up leads by phone, email and through our CRM system.
Managing customer relationships and converting enquiries into sales.
Working towards individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline.




Taking ownership of showroom cleanliness, presentation and organisation, ensuring all display products and showroom areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Assisting with day-to-day showroom operations.
About You
Proven sales experience is essential.
We're particularly interested in applicants with experience in automotive, caravan, RV, marine or other high-value retail sales.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
A proactive approach to lead follow-up and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Pride in maintaining a clean, qualified and welcoming showroom.
Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.
A reliable, positive attitude and genuine drive to succeed.
Spa industry experience is not required. We can teach you about our products — we're looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
