Reporting to the directors, you will be the primary contact for the Museum and will lead a team of four department managers to ensure every event and every coffee meets client expectations.
You will oversee events and cafe operations, manage budgets and labour costs, drive reporting to the directors, and ensure food safety, WHS and licensing
