About the role:
If you have passion for maintaining properties & believe that places provide pleasant experiences to people, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Property Supervisor is a unique role, providing hands‐on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staff working within the Brownesholme Cluster.
The position is responsible for ensuring all applicable legislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled, ad‐hoc maintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds are in a presentable condition. This role's responsibilities include overseeing the grounds and maintenance for multiple sites, including a Residential Aged Care site and Retirement Village in the Highfields area.
What do you need for the role?
Certification and/or significant experience in maintenance, carpentry/building, groundskeeping or trade‐related fields
Demonstrated leadership, time management, and problem‐solving skills
Knowledge and/or experience in gardening and grounds maintenance




Knowledge and/or experience in the maintenance of small machinery and equipment
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Fire Safety Advisor (FSA) Certificate or willingness to obtain
