As part of the Freightways Group, one of Australasia's leading logistics and information management companies, Shred-X is a national leader in secure document destruction, product disposal, and recycling services. We're seeking motivated team members who thrives on independence, takes pride in their work, and plays a key role in delivering top-tier customer service.
What You'll Do
Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets
Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg - an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work
Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks
Complete daily vehicle checks and ensures roadworthiness and cleanliness
Represent Shred-X professionally on-site, ensuring top-tier customer interaction
Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client-specific procedures
What You Bring
A valid Multi Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck license with a clean driving history
Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g.



freight or removalist-style work)
Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA or similar tech)
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
