Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support and empower clients across diverse backgrounds. You will welcome visitors, manage reception duties and bookings, and assist with claims and data entry while collaborating with clinicians to support hearing care.
This in office role involves assisting a wide range of clients, including children and adults, and includes a two-week full-time training period to onboarding requirements.
