About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of your restaurant and lead from the front. You'll inspire your team, create memorable guest experiences and drive strong commercial results.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
Creating a positive, energetic and inclusive workplace culture
Driving sales, profitability and overall restaurant performance
Managing labour, wages and operational budgets
Maintaining high standards across food safety, quality and compliance

You'll bring:
Restaurant, hospitality or retail management experience




Strong commercial and operational understanding
Great communication, coaching and people skills
