What You'll Do
As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be responsible for creating outstanding bar experiences by:
Delivering warm, engaging and professional service at the bar
Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine and beer to a high standard
Confidently recommending drinks and guiding guests through the beverage offering
Maintaining speed, accuracy and calm during busy service periods
Managing bar setup, stock levels and clean-down procedures
Ensuring all RSA and venue safety standards are upheld at all times
Handling payments accurately, including cash and EFTPOS transactions
Supporting floor service and functions when required
Maintaining exceptional presentation, cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
Working closely with the wider FOH and BOH teams to deliver seamless service
Contributing to a positive, inclusive and skilled team culture
About You
You're confident behind the bar, love engaging with guests and take pride in your craft. You bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift. You'll also have:
Previous cocktail bartending experience (essential)
Strong product knowledge in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and pride in presentation and consistency
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (essential)
A team-first mindset and willingness to learn and grow
Flexible availability to work nights and weekends
