We're looking for an ambitious Associate Territory Manager to join our Surgical Technologies team, working across our Neptune and smoke evacuation portfolio.These innovative solutions help hospitals manage surgical waste and smoke, creating safer, cleaner operating environments for healthcare professionals and patients.
Explore Surgical Technologies You'll work alongside an experienced sales team, building relationships across hospitals, developing current business opportunities and gaining the skills and experience to progress towards a Territory Manager role longer term.
What You'll Do Build relationships with nurses, theatre managers, procurement teams and other key hospital stakeholdersIdentify and pursue current business opportunitiesSupport product demonstrations, trials and customer educationDevelop your sales pipeline and contribute to territory growthWork closely with Territory Managers and the wider Stryker teamLearn how to navigate complex hospital environments and sales cycles What We're Looking For We're looking for someone hungry,



commercially minded and keen to build a career in sales.You'll bring:Sales, recruitment, pharmaceutical, B2B or other relevant commercial experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive approach and willingness to seek out opportunitiesCuriosity, resilience and a genuine desire to learnConfidence engaging with different types of stakeholdersA valid driver's licence and willingness to travelMedTech experience isn't essential.
