Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs across the
application development lifecycle.Ensure delivery commitments are achieved with respect to
scope, schedule, cost, and quality.Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and
deliverables.Oversee Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery
methodologies.Drive release planning, deployment, and transition activities.Client & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain solid relationships with client
stakeholders.Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related
issues.Conduct regular governance meetings, project reviews, and
steering committee discussions.Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to
stakeholders.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
excellence.Financial ManagementManage project budgets, revenue forecasts,



and cost controls.Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.Track billing milestones and support invoicing activities.Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational
efficiencies.Ensure financial targets and contractual obligations are
achieved.Resource & Team ManagementLead and manage project managers, scrum masters, technical leads,
and delivery teams.Drive workforce planning and resource allocation.Support employee development, coaching, mentoring, and
performance management.Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify and proactively manage project risks and issues.Develop mitigation and contingency plans.Escalate critical risks to senior leadership as required.Maintain RAID logs and delivery governance artifacts.Ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
