We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at our sports centre located in Ryde.
This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service and operational support during evening soccer competitions.Available ShiftsTuesday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PMWednesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMSaturday evenings (availability highly regarded)About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our soccer competitions.
You will be the first point of contact for patrons, players, and visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional experience throughout each event.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused sporting environment and demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to all patrons, players, and visitors attending evening soccer competitionsManage front-of-house operations during scheduled competition eveningsAddress customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerAssist with the coordination and administration of competition activitiesEnsure the safety and wellbeing of all participants and guests in accordance with centre policies and proceduresMaintain a clean, organised, and welcoming facility environmentRequired QualificationsCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationValid Working With Children Check (WWC)Skills and AttributesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment as well as independentlyReliable, punctual,
