As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm welcome and memorable departure experience.
This quick-paced and guest-focused position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless luxury service.
Job DescriptionGreet guests warmly and professionally as they arriveHelp guests with their luggage, storage, and other requests in a safe and efficient mannerProvide helpful information about local attractions and services to enhance their visitMaintain a neat, professional appearance and presence in the lobby areaAddress guest concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when necessaryConsistently represent our brand values and deliver high-quality serviceProvide overnight operational support to the Duty Manager and In-Room Dining team,
