At AAM, we're expanding our Fly-in Fly-out team and seeking experienced sales professionals to join us. After seven years of successful FIFO operation, our team runs nationwide campaigns covering Australia on a 2-week on, 1 week off roster.

Please note: This role is based out of Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney. Applicants must currently reside in one of these cities or be willing to relocate, as all FIFO rosters commence and conclude from these locations.

We provide 100% paid flights, hire cars and accommodation, coupled with an industry-leading commission and bonus structure. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work in some of Australia's premier face-to-face fundraising territories.

Hourly Rate: ***** per hour + Industry-leading Commission & Bonus Structure





Travel Australia-wide with all major expenses covered while earning exceptional income.

Sponsorship visas are available for experienced Sales Leaders and Managers.

As part of our team, you'll collaborate with some of the best representatives in the face-to-face fundraising industry. Your role will involve engaging with the public, raising awareness, and securing regular giving supporters for leading Australian non-profit organisations.
