We're now looking for a Full-Time Early Years Area Director to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
The Opportunity: Join Y Ballarat as an Area Director and make a meaningful difference across our early years services.
You'll lead and support service teams, build strong relationships with educators and families, and drive high-quality, compliant and financially sustainable service delivery.

Where you'll work: The area of Maryborough and its surrounds host these six services - AG Leech Kindergarten, Avoca Preschool, Californian Gully Kindergarten, Dunolly Kindergarten, Talbot Kindergarten, and TL Stone Memorial Kindergarten.
Role Details:



Area Director Permanent Full Time - 38 hours per week Experience in managing multiple sites is preferred but not essential.
