Job Description: The focus of this role is to enable Broadcom Partners across all VMware divisions and routes-to-market, developing skills and capabilities to drive the sales lifecycle and adoption of Broadcom solutions.
You will be responsible for enablement strategy, enablement curriculum delivery, and working with product teams to drive product direction to enable Partners to design and install Broadcom products and solutions.
You will also collaborate with marketing and corporate program teams on Partner programs, certification development, and messaging to Partners.
It is expected for you to work with the Partner-facing teams to help develop and drive enablement and education learning plans so that Partners acquire the proper capabilities to deploy and manage Broadcom solutions as well as meeting program requirements.
