You will be instrumental in helping establish workflows, standards and food service excellence as part of the commissioning phase.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and families,



to deliver restaurantquality dining experiences tailored to the needs of older adults.
About You You are a qualified Chef with experience spanning fine dining through to dynamic aged care environments, bringing creativity, strong leadership and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
You will be valued for your ability to: Lead and mentor a food services team Develop innovative menu plans Manage budgets and costings effectively Build strong relationships with industry suppliers Develop and implement high-quality food safety and compliance processes Support residents with wide-ranging dietary needs, including textured and modified diets Bring a positive, solutionsfocused attitude to a commissioning environment To Be Considered, You Will Bring Current trade qualifications and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications (HLTSS*****), issued within the last five years (Essential) Current NDIS Clearance (Essential) Strong knowledge of catering principles and food service operations Demonstrated experience leading and managing a catering team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to OH
