About the Role

BMD is looking for a capable, hands-on Surveyor to join our project delivery team in Sydney. Working across a range of major infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on Western Sydney, you will provide responsive and accurate surveying support to construction teams. You will work closely with senior survey personnel, engineers and site supervisors to complete set-out, maintain survey information and produce reliable records that support safe and efficient project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Complete construction set-out, survey computations and field measurements
- Prepare accurate as-built information and construction lot reports
- Maintain survey control, data and project records




- Check design geometry and promptly raise discrepancies or field issues
- Support QA verification and compliance with project survey requirements
- Coordinate daily survey needs with engineering, supervision and construction teams

About You

You will bring:

- Construction surveying experience, ideally within civil infrastructure
- Proficiency with Topcon, Leica or Trimble equipment
- Working knowledge of 12d Model and 12d Synergy
- Practical experience in set-out, as-builts and survey computations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage site priorities
- Transparent communication skills and a reliable, safety-focused approach
