Purple Playground is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support 8-10 active clients across the employee lifecycle from a home-based setup. You'll advise business owners and leaders, interpret awards and policies, and help organisations implement practical, compliant people practices.

You'll manage onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation while traveling to Gold Coast meetings as required. This adaptable role values autonomy, relationship building and real-world problem solving.
