The work is centered on helping people understand what is happening within their relationships and how changes at home, stress, grief, or ongoing disagreements may be affecting them. You will lead those conversations, keep each case organized, and step in appropriately when a concern falls outside the scope of routine therapy.What You'll DoFacilitate individual, couples, and family sessions by videoHelp clients talk through recurring issues in their relationships or home lifeExplore family roles, expectations, boundaries,



and major changes when relevantKeep clinical notes clear and current after appointmentsRecognize situations that require closer review, referral, or a different level of careCommunicate with other professionals when coordination is necessaryMaintain appropriate boundaries and protect client privacyPractice in accordance with Louisiana LMFT and HIPAA requirementsActive Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing)Masters in Social Work (MSW)Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings (telehealth is a plus)Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based careReliable internet and a private workspace for sessions2 weeks PTOHealth Insurance401K Plan with 3% Company Match
