Partou Childcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead our recruitment team across the South of England. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching recruiters, setting priorities and partnering with Nursery and Area Managers to anticipate workforce needs.

You will drive inclusive recruitment, use data to spot risks, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Regular regional travel and remote working are required.
