Playing an integral role in delivering improvements to the cost and efficiency of our operation.Key responsibilities include:Completing Site financial results on a weekly and monthly basis - Financial & Management;Assisting Site Management with analysis, insights and explanation of monthly results;Measuring KPIs;Preparing budgets and forecasts;Providing support on costing, including loss factors, BOMs and routings;Supporting the site management team to understand their key metrics, and how it impacts the financial bottom line;Acting as a co-pilot to the Site Manager to drive continuous improvement;Development of Site CAPEX and business case submissions.About YouMinimum 3 years commercial experience preferably with exposure to a manufacturing environment.Experience with forecasting and budgetingExcellent interpersonal skillsProblem solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of FMCG or Dairy related operations would be desirable.Ours is aSTORYof a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the worlds' No. 1 dairy company.
