This is an exciting chance to influence the growth and direction of our PBS team while supporting practitioners to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants.Working closely with a great leadership team, including other discipline specific managers, you'll oversee practice quality, support service delivery, mentor and develop your team, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen our PBS services.The RoleAs the PBS Manager, you'll lead and support the team by:Providing day-to-day operational leadership and support to practitioners.Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to achieve excellent results and professional growth.Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention of Practitioners as our team expands.Monitoring utilisation, caseloads,
