Transport for NSW is seeking an operations qualified to safely operate vehicular ferries, coordinate day-to-day ferry services, and support workforce coverage across NSW waterways. This on-site role focuses on safety, service continuity, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead ferry operators, conduct inspections, maintain records, and ensure compliance with maritime, safety and environmental rules, while mentoring staff and responding to incidents and disruptions.
