Help deliver Western Australia’s energy infrastructure

The CCR Group is an engineering and commercial consultancy supporting principals, Tier 1 contractors and infrastructure clients across Australia and APAC. We combine practical project delivery experience with commercial, contracts, planning and technical expertise to help our clients deliver complex projects.

With immediate requirements and an ongoing pipeline of work in Western Australia’s energy sector, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join our Perth team and support client project teams.

We are particularly interested in people with electrical infrastructure, transmission, substation, power generation or utilities experience, alongside candidates from other major infrastructure sectors with relevant transferable skills.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking practical, capable professionals who can integrate into project teams and contribute across their area of expertise. Depending on your discipline, your experience may include:

- Commercial and contracts: Procurement, contract administration, payment assessments, variations, EOTs, claims and contractor management.
- Planning and scheduling:



Developing and maintaining project programmes, monitoring progress, managing interfaces and assessing schedule impacts.
- Quality: Project quality plans, inspection and test plans, audits, non-conformance management and contractor quality assurance.
- Engineering and delivery: Technical coordination, design interfaces, construction oversight, commissioning and management of project packages.

Across all roles, we value sound judgement, clear communication, accountability and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.

Experience on electrical, transmission and substation projects is highly regarded. Perth-based candidates and those available for an immediate start are encouraged to apply.
