Overview

Evinact is seeking a management consulting and advisory Director to join our team. The Director will form part of the company’s leadership team and will play a pivotal role in growing Evinact’s Digital line of business. We provide ICT planning and investment services to help organisations move from strategy through investment to implementation, supporting organisations with the critical thinking required to maximise the value of ICT investments.

Evinact’s ideal Director-level candidate combines the following capabilities:

- Demonstrated ICT planning and investment advisory and consulting capability across ICT strategy, ICT planning and investment, ICT operating models and ICT governance, technology, enterprise architecture, business cases and benefits management, ICT project assurance and procurement advisory.
- Demonstrated sales capability and an extensive network across some or all Evinact’s key markets, including Queensland Public Sector, higher education, not-for-profit, private sector, Local Government and Federal Government. The Director role will be accountable for a sales target.
- The experience to understand the challenges faced by CIOs, CDOs and other executive leaders, the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to envision how to overcome clients’ challenges through fit-for-purpose approaches that leverage the experience and skill sets of the Evinact team.
- A proactive, values-based leadership style. This includes leading teams to deliver engagements, growing team capability, and driving and shaping the direction of the business to achieve long-term sustainable growth.

- KPI performance measured through personal sales targets and client delivery satisfaction

- Well remunerated through a competitive base salary and success-based incentive scheme (up to 35% of base salary).
