We’re currently on the hunt for a HSE Advisor to join our team in Applecross!

This role sees you driving safety across all contracts through inspections, audits, incident support, inductions, and coaching. You’ll ensure compliance, maintain documentation, build strong stakeholder relationships, and provide hands-on safety support across multiple operations.

With frequent travel to client sites throughout Western Australia, you’ll play a visible and proactive role in promoting a robust safety culture, supporting operational teams, and ensuring consistent safety standards are maintained across every site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducting site inspections, audits, and safety observations
- Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and safety coaching
- Monitoring compliance with client and KingKira HSE requirements
- Maintaining accurate records, registers, and documentation
- Building strong relationships with workers,



supervisors, and clients
- Championing cultural safety and wellbeing across all worksites
- Assisting with ISO Accreditation
- Frequent site travel

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor in mining, civil, construction or related sectors
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and site compliance
- Ability to communicate clearly, influence behaviours, and support safe decision making
- Confidence working across diverse teams and environments
- Solid reporting, documentation and computer skills
- A proactive, solutions focused approach
- Alignment with KingKira’s values of respect, integrity, and community impact

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Cert IV WHS (minimum)
- Current Driver’s Licence
