Working across operations, data, and technology, you'll own and continually enhance our bulk transfer capability, helping hundreds or even thousands of customers transition seamlessly while reducing manual effort through automation and process improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

- You'll take ownership of our bulk transfer capability and play a key role in driving operational excellence by:
- Managing the successful delivery of large-scale novated lease transfer and renovation projects
- Owning and continuously improving bulk transfer automation processes and supporting workflows
- Developing deep expertise in our end-to-end renovations operations and associated systems
- Analysing data and operational trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
- Partnering with operational, technology, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver automation and process improvement initiatives




- Identifying opportunities to eliminate manual effort and improve system functionality
- Ensuring all activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and within agreed service levels
- Supporting portfolio growth, customer retention initiatives, employer onboarding, and large-volume transition projects
- Maintaining a strong focus on risk management, operational controls, and customer outcomes
- Contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using data to make informed decisions.

- Experience in operations, business administration, process improvement, project coordination, or a similar environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced attention to detail and confidence working with large volumes of data
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong systems aptitude and the ability to quickly learn recent platforms and technologies
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives




- A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to improve outcomes for customers and the business

Highly Regarded

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or similar qualifications
