Life Without Barriers in Melbourne is seeking a female Disability Support Worker for permanent part time roles at Chelsea, supporting two women in neighbouring homes. You will tailor support to individual needs, providing practical and person-centred assistance.

You must be comfortable with dogs, follow person-centred plans, and help clients pursue goals while maintaining records and advocating for client choice and independence. First Aid/CPR certification is required.
