Rick Shores on the Gold Coast is seeking a skilled Dumpling Chef to join our team. You will craft dumplings and dim sum, shape wrappers from scratch, and cook using steaming, pan-frying and boiling methods. A solid eye for texture, flavour balance and cleanliness is essential.

Ideal candidates bring proven dim sum or dumpling experience, knowledge of Chinese and pan-Asian techniques, and the ability to work well in a bustling, team-driven environment.
