We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Assistant to join our Cairns eco retail store. This position is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys working with customers, and is comfortable working across a variety of retail tasks.

Key responsibilities

- Face-to-face customer service and sales
- Handling phone enquiries and sales
- Processing and packing online orders
- General store duties including cleaning and maintaining presentation
- Restocking shelves and assisting with merchandising

About you

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment




- Basic computer skills
