Youth Law Australia is seeking a standalone People and Culture Director (0.6-0.8 FTE) to provide senior advice and hands-on delivery across workforce planning, culture, policies, onboarding and performance support. The role partners with the Executive Director, COO and senior leaders, balancing individual needs with organisational requirements.

The position offers versatile remote work across Australia or a Sydney-based hybrid arrangement, with base salary of $150,000 for 0.8 FTE or pro rata
