Anglicare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Residential Leadership Team at Goodhew Gardens and Bay Breeze in Taren Point. Based in office, you will drive operational effectiveness, oversee non-clinical functions, and support a large care team to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will lead rosters, manage annual leave and payroll with HR systems, monitor KPIs and budgets, and champion compliance and continuous improvement.
